CrossFit – drop ins pay $20/class or $60/week

  • Mon: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
  • Tue: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
  • Wed: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
  • Thu: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
  • Fri: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
  • Sat: 9am (HERO WOD)
  • Sun: CLOSED

Weightlifting-drop ins pay $20/class or $80/mo

  • Tue: 7:30pm (Snatch)
  • Thu: 7:30pm (Clean and Jerk)

Strong Bootcamp – drop ins pay $12/day or $30/week

  • Mon Thru Thurs: 6pm
  • Sat: 9am (Community WOD)

Level 1 – drop ins pay $10/day or $25/week

  • Mon Thru Fri: 6am, 7am and 9:30am
  • Sat: 10am

Open Gym – drop ins pay $12/day or $30/week

  • Mon: 5am – Noon, 7pm – 8:30pm
  • Tue: 5am – Noon, 7pm – 8:30pm
  • Wed: 5am – Noon, 7pm – 8:30pm
  • Thu: 5am – Noon, 7pm – 8:30pm
  • Fri: 5am – Noon, 6pm – 7:30pm
