Absolutely not! We have students who are in the 99th percentile of fitness and those in the 5th percentile of fitness. You are pushed and encouraged based on your current level of fitness. All we want is for you to give your best effort during each workout.
Okay gang, the 2017 Open is OVER!
Now it is time to get prepped for the summer. We will be working on increasing your max lifts, while making sure your summer bodies are ready with bodybuilding and interval training.
In April, we will be starting a 40 day challenge for weight loss, obviously targeting eliminating body fat while keeping as much muscle as we can. More details to come. But for now, let’s enjoy the festival of gains with our new 6 week cycle.
