SWEAT 30

Sweat 30 is a high energy, short, sweet, and super sweaty 30 minute class that takes place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It utilizes body weight movements, gymnastics, kettlebells/dumbbells, medicine balls, and never involves a barbell. This high intensity, fat burning, muscle building, class is designed to get you in and out of the gym knowing you got your workout in for the day!
